RULES & REGULATIONS:

  • All winners considered must be a member of DogsOnAcid.
  • Artists submissions of the remix must be submitted by 11:59PM EST on March 19th, 2012
  • Stems and samples are copyright of Imprintz & Kloe & Ammunition Recordings.
  • The stems and samples provided are NOT TO BE USED IN ANY OTHER MEDIA (In example: Songs, Video, Production, etc) besides the remix.
  • You MAY NOT publish a full length remix to the public. Publishing a preview is allowed of up to 2 minutes in length. The copyright and distribution rights shall remain the copyright of Ammunition Recordings exclusively.
  • The remix is produced for Ammunition Recordings exclusively. The remix shall not be released through any other methods such as labels, distributors, or aggregators, unless otherwise noted, or permission is given.
  • If otherwise noted or permission is given for promotion or release of the remix, one MUST INCLUDE and give full credit to the original artist (Imprintz & Kloe) and media name (Shade Of The Knight.) Format is as follows: “Imprintz_&_Kloe_-_Shade_Of_The_Knight_(ARTIST_REMIX)”
  • Ammunition Recordings reserves the right to manufacture, distribute, promote, and license artist’s media to exclusive DJ’s, promoters, announcers, radio stations, labels, and more on the Ammunition Recordings network, for the good of the label and artist.
  • Ammunition Recordings shall have the right to use the artist’s name, photographs, likeness and biography in connection with promotion, advertising and sale of artists’s media. Ammunition Recordings is not required to notify the artist of said actions unless Ammunition Recordings in it’s sole discretion decides to do so.
  • If your remix is chosen, you must provide a 16-bit wav file of your remix. Not having a 16-bit wav file format of your remx will cause disqualification from the competition.
  • Only 1 submission per contestant will be accepted. BE SURE the one you submit is you’re final.

SUBMISSION PROCESS:
====================

To properly send Ammunition Recordings your submission:

1. Create a zip file titled “AmmunitionRecs_Remix_Comp_-_ARTIST_NAME_HERE” (Your name in Artist Name Area)

2. Place full version 320kbps Mp3 file of Remix into the zip file. (DO NOT INCLUDE THE WAV FILE! If your remix is chosen, then you will send Ammunition Recordings the 16-bit wav file.)

3. Create and place a Text Document containing your contact information:

  • Name (Artist Name & Real Name)
  • Email Address
  • URL’s for Facebook & SoundCloud

4. Upload zip file to www.Sendspace.com.

5. Copy the Download Link, AND File Delete Link provided by Sendspace, after upload has completed. (BE SURE To copy the File Delete link as well!)

6. Send those links to AmmunitionRecs@Yahoo.com, subject DOA X AMMUNITION RECORDINGS REMIX COMPETITION.

By submitting media including all stems, samples and intellectual property to this contest, Ammunition Recordings and its holdings represent and warrant that DogsOnAcid, our site users and licensees shall not be required to make any payments with respect to material that you submit, including, but not limited to, payments to you, third parties, music publishers, mechanical rights agents, performance rights societies, persons who contributed to or appear in your materials, your licensors, unions or guilds. You warrant that Ammunition Recordings has full right and power to enter into and perform under these Terms, and has secured all third-party consents, licenses and permissions necessary to enter into and perform under these Terms, The material that you submit to this agreement does not contain “samples” of any third party’s sound recording or musical composition and will not infringe on any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights. By submitting sound recordings or musical compositions or other audio and/or audio-visual content to us, you grant us, our affiliates, and our business partners a worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive license to:

  • Publicly display, broadcast, encode, edit, alter, modify, reproduce, transmit, manufacture, distribute and synchronize with visual images your material, in whole or in part, alone or in compilation with content provided by third parties, through any medium now known or hereafter devised for the purpose of demonstrating, promoting or distributing your material, to users seeking to enter this contest.
  • Make your material accessible as audio and/or video streams over any outlet preferred by Ammunition Recordings or DogsOnAcid.
  • Use any trademarks, service marks or trade names incorporated into your material and use the likeness of any individual whose performance or image is contained in your material for the purpose of marketing this contest and submissions enter by our users.

Ammunition Recording and DogsOnAcid warrants that all submissions will retain the ownership of their rightful parties as outlined in the Artist and Song details along with the intellectual rights of the “remixer” and defined in the user(s) site profile details as submitted to DogsOnAcid for submission. Each user submission will agree to provide Ammunition Recordings with the user account details of their DogsOnAcid account including; their location, email and any other additional personal information required for or outlined in registration and submission.
